See how Kuest teaches it

It asks before it tells, so you do the thinking and it sticks.

You: If 3x + 7 = 22, what is the value of 6x + 5?
Kuest: Before you go after x, look at the question. It asks for 6x + 5. How does 6x relate to the 3x you already have?
You: It's double. So first I find 3x: 3x = 22 + 7 = 29.
Kuest: Doubling is the right idea. Check the first step though: the 7 is added to 3x, so to get 3x alone you do the opposite. What does that give?
You: Oh, subtract. 3x = 15, so 6x = 30 and 6x + 5 = 35.
Kuest: Exactly, 35. You never needed x itself. Spotting that shortcut saves time on a timed module.

Read what the question asks for: sometimes you can reach it without solving for x.

How to study SAT with Kuest

SAT scores move when you practice the exact skills the test measures, review every miss until you know why it happened, and rehearse under real timing. Short, regular sessions over several weeks beat a few long cram days.

  1. Set your test dateStudy plan

Tell Kuest your SAT date and goal and get a week-by-week plan that covers both sections before test day.

  2. Take a baseline mockMock exams

Start with a timed mock in the digital SAT shape, two Reading and Writing modules and two Math modules, to see where you stand.

  3. Find the skills costing pointsGap finder

Kuest groups your misses by skill, like transitions, comma rules or nonlinear functions, so you know what to study first.

  4. Learn the why behind each missTutor chat

Work through missed questions step by step with the tutor until you can explain why the right answer is right.

  5. Picture the mathGraphs

Graph lines, parabolas and systems to see solutions quickly, the same thinking you'd use with the built-in Desmos calculator.

  6. Drill, then retest under timeQuizzes

Take short timed quizzes on your weak skills, then another mock to check your pacing and progress.
