No. Kuest doesn't open files or calculate your sheet. Paste the formula and describe or screenshot the cells it uses, and Kuest helps you work out what it returns and how to fix it.

Does it work for Google Sheets too?

Yes. Most formulas are the same, and Kuest points out the differences, like QUERY and ARRAYFORMULA in Sheets or functions that only exist in newer Excel versions.

Exactly. The $ locks the column and row. Since only the row moves when you fill down, =B2*C$1 would work too.
